You have to be 60 years old.

2. Is transportation available for public?

Tra.nsportation is only available to people 60 years old, who live within the Boaz city limits and the doctors are local. We have scheduled days for grocery shopping, Walmart shopping and local errands. Doctors visits need to be scheduled two-three days in advance
